My names Jason. I was born and raised locally on Bribie and my whole life I've been a skinny kid. Struggling with my own body image going into my adult years, I often thought to myself; How can I be better? How can I test myself and break limits? How can I be the absolute best version of myself? How can get I get ahead of my own health decline? I found the answer. It has changed my life and others for the better and for only 6 hours of my week for training, it's going to give me much more time later so I don't have to make time for illness.
